Fernando is our workplace guru and one of the few people to have an answer to almost any estate planning or probate question.  For this, he’s earned himself the nickname “Foogle.” Fernando handles this accolade with customary modesty but will admit that he has resolved some of the most complex probate and trust administration cases.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Fernando has worked as a financial advisor in New York City for many years. He is somehow able to explain complex legal and financial matters to an audience that is still awake when he’s finished.  And yelling encore.
