Monty Pritchett – Bixby Estate Planning Attorney

Monty C. “Cutter” Pritchett, an Attorney, was born on October 4, 1951, in Waco, Texas, and currently lives and practices law in Tulsa, Oklahoma and throughout the surrounding North to Southeastern Counties of Oklahoma.

Cutter graduated from Texas Tech University in 1974 with a degree in Animal Science and later, he graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991. He set out to build a successful legal practice that focused on Family, Business, Intellectual Property, Oil, Gas and Mineral Law, including, Agricultural Law at the state and federal levels.

Mr. Pritchett’s greatest passion is protecting the rights of the clients he serves to protect their best interests. He’s the kind of attorney you want by your side with a spine to take on the “BIG GUY.” He’s straight to the point and doesn’t waste any time to get the job done.
