Kempton Giggey – Tyngsborough Estate Planning Attorney

Kempton P. Giggey obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley (graduating Cum Laude) in 1989, and his Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1984. Kempton is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New York. Prior to hanging his own shingle, Kempton worked as an associate for the Law Office of Edward Novick in Lowell, Massachusetts; he was also a trial affiliate with Feinstein and Forlizzi, PC, who specialized in accident cases. Kempton has been the sole-proprietor/owner of the Law Office of Kempton P. Giggey since 1994.

Kempton’s areas of practice are concentrated in the area of civil litigation (including personal injury), district court criminal matters, domestic relations, real estate conveyancing, worker’s compensation, and estate planning and probate.
