David Smiley – Bend Estate Planning Attorney

David is a 1995 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law and a 1989 graduate of Brigham Young University School of Accountancy. He has served as Chair on the Oregon State Bar Agricultural Law Section. He served as a board member of the Alyce Hatch Center, a non-profit organization providing facilities and sponsorship for the Early Childhood Development Services offered through the High Desert Educational Service District. David has been actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking and x-country skiing in the Oregon Cascades.
